Zubi’s Diamonds and Gems is coming to the Outparcels at Town Center II, the shopping center planned adjacent to St. Johns Town Center, developer Ashco Inc. announced Jan. 7.

Brine is back after an 18-month hiatus! What had been a raw bar pop-up has now signed a 5-year lease to settle into a brick-and-mortar unit at 1435 Naldo Ave in San Marco. This marks the return of the concept from chef Chris Cohen and his wife, Julie Cohen.
The owners of Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi will be bringing a new concept when Izakaya Ko opens in June.
The signs are up and work is continuing on the AC Hotels by Marriott at St. Johns Town Center. The Daily Record first reported in February 2020 the chain was looking at the shopping center. Now the hotel website says it will open in January. Meanwhile, construction walls are in place for retailers Abercrombie & Fitch, Lululemon and Garage.
